Sarah Stallman as Christine McVie

Sarah Stallman as Christine McVie replicates a spot on vocal and keys performance to Christine that provides an unmatched tribute to Fleetwood Mac.

Christine began playing with Fleetwood Mac as a session musician for Peter Green’s songs on the band’s second album “Mr. Wonderful”.  After marrying John McVie, she joined the band in 1970 when Peter Green departed and she became an integral member as a lead vocalist and keyboardist. The early 70’s was a difficult time for Fleetwood Mac as there were multiple personnel changes.

She moved to the United States with the group in 1974 and within a year Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham joined the band. The next album “Fleetwood Mac” had several hit songs “Over My Head” and “Say You Love Me” written and sung by McVie. “Over My Head” was the first Fleetwood Mac song to play on American radio and reach the top 20. By the end of the Rumours tour, the McVies divorced. The band continued to produce albums, but none experienced the success of Rumours. Christine took a semi-retirement from the group from 1998-2014 and then has rejoined to the present day. To learn more about Christine McVie you can click here to view her Wikipedia page.
